I’ve been working as a contractor for Hutco for about 8 years off and on. I have worked for other contractors but none of them compared to the staff at Hutco office in Mobile they take care of their workers. They treat you like family. I will definitely stay with them as long as I can! Elmwood Marine Repair LLC partnered with Hutco, Inc. during 2006. The Belle Chasse shipyard facility was experiencing growth from its customer base, and there was a need to increase the number of skilled tradesmen, to meet the expanding demand. Hutco was able to meet the manpower needs of the facility, and worked closely with facility management to design an interview and hiring process that was timely and effective. For the past nine years, Hutco has been the exclusive provider of contract workers, and the relationship has never been better. Hutco’s management enthusiastically embraces each of the safety protocols the Belle Chasse facility has developed, and has worked closely with production management regarding training, drug free workplace initiatives, and environmental awareness. Through the years, competitors have attempted to replace Hutco, without success. Management holds the opinion that Hutco is a superior provider of skilled workers and is the best fit for procuring contract personnel.

My stay of employment with Hutco has been a blessing for me and my family. They’ve always come through with work, even at times when one job would play out because of completion. I’ve never had any problems getting paid. They even worked with me on days I needed off when my two-year-old grandbaby was diagnosed with cancer. I’ve had frequent visits from the site coordinator, with him showing concern for our personal & work needs. If I ever need to provide a reference, Hutco is at the top of my list.

I have always liked Hutco. The staff are always polite and give good information in regard to pay rates and insurance. The Mobile office is always willing to help if an employee needs help and they give good gifts. I find they pay the most. Good company!

Hutco, Inc. has been there for us. They got my husband a job that really suited him for what he likes to do.
