"Elmwood Marine Repair LLC partnered with Hutco, Inc. during 2006. The Belle Chasse shipyard facility was experiencing growth from its customer base, and there was a need to increase the number of skilled tradesmen, to meet the expanding demand. Hutco was able to meet the manpower needs of the facility, and worked closely with facility management to design an interview and hiring process that was timely and effective. For the past nine years, Hutco has been the exclusive provider of contract workers, and the relationship has never been better. Hutco's management enthusiastically embraces each of the safety protocols the Belle Chasse facility has developed, and has worked closely with production management regarding training, drug free workplace initiatives, and environmental awareness.
