Be aware of how your workflow affects the personal experience of your team and allow for some flexibility to avoid burn out.
  • Culture of gratitude. Finally, make sure you are letting your team know when they’re appreciated can go a long way. A culture of gratitude is also contagious, so letting your team know you value them will also give them the path to thanking one another when they help out.
