More Than a Temp Agency for Skilled Trades
A Legacy of Excellence in Marine Staffing
Hutco, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Jimmy Hutchison, better known as “Hutch.” He believed in real working relationships with his customers – and so do his sons, Jim and Scott, who continue in the tradition of developing new relationships and fostering the old.
Jim and Scott rely heavily on their experienced office staff, many of whom have been with Hutco from the start. The success of our business is directly related to the hard work and dedication of these individuals.
Relationships are central to everything we do at Hutco. When you partner with us for workforce solutions or your next career move, you’re gaining a true partner.

Our Vision
Safety Above All
Our Commitment to Safety
Safety First
Safety and injury prevention starts with Hutco management. Customer selection and the ability to create long-lasting safety partnerships with both our customers as well as our loss control agent is vital to establishing a safe work environment.
Safety As a Standard
Hutco’s safety program is comprehensive and mandatory for every worker. Prior to starting work, Hutco performs a safety orientation and pre-employment safety test on all employees. All Hutco employees are expected to follow these procedures, as well as promote safety and awareness among co-workers.
Our Most Valuable Asset
The safety and well-being of our employees is at the heart of our business. We want every employee to return home safely to their families each day. We work to minimize turnover and keep our trained craftsmen within the Hutco network so we can build safe and experienced teams.
